Boys Lacrosse is a no-cut sport for freshmen only. We will take as many players as we have uniforms. The only item that you need in order to play, aside from appropriate athletic clothing, is a stick. Contact Coach Chikeles at if you are in need of a stick. You will be required to purchase a practice reversible.
The IHSA season begins on February 27th, 2023. However, lacrosse is a physically demanding sport, so it is important to participate in off-season training in order to prevent fatigued-induced injuries during the season. We will have open nets/gyms in the fall and winter; these are open to all levels of athletes that are not participating in a sport at the time. We will have open conditioning/training beginning in November. Conditioning/training will be after school, 3:00 pm-4:00 pm; upperclassmen who are not participating in a winter sport are expected to attend. Underclassmen who are not in a winter sport are encouraged to attend.

Season
The season begins on Monday, February 27.- You must be registered with an updated physical on Infinite Campus in order to participate. https://campus.d211.org/campus/portal/township.jsp
- Locker assignment will take place before school (7:00-7:30 am) on February 27th.
- You must be registered on Infinite Campus with an updated physical to receive a locker.
