A TEAM is not built in the fall or spring.  A TEAM is built all year long every day.  Dedication and commitment are the keys to a TEAM’S success.  The off-season is the most important time for building fitness, strength, and quickness.  Besides these physical aspects of a player, the technical and tactical development is improved through practicing and playing.  To be the best, you must have the drive and work ethic to continually work towards your goals.  The off-season is where games are won or lost, where championships are won or lost, and where TEAMS are built.
